l The load-bearing capacity of paper corner protectors and the placement of products depend on the samples. Since a customer's products have various specifications, if the size and placement of the products change, it is easy to cause uneven load-bearing capacity of the whole pallet.
l When packing, make sure that the bottom surface of the pallet corresponds to the pallet surface so that the pallet will not be damaged or folded due to uneven force, partial force or skewing.
l When using forklift trucks and other supporting tools, make sure that the pallets are flattened and compacted to prevent damage to the pallets and loaded items due to uneven or partial forces.
l Load boxes only on cartons before transport to prevent the goods from falling apart or using paper corner protectors with excessive force to avoid deformation and damage to the cartons.
l Although most paper corner protectors are waterproof, it does not mean that they can be immersed in water for a long time, so contact with water should be avoided.
l The foot of the paper corner protector is glued to the panel, so localised force should be avoided.
